In order to increase mutual understanding of colleagues, cultivate friendship, and enjoy relaxation, the company arrange a spring outing activity for colleagues. The destination of the spring tour is Pan mountain in Ji county, where it is well known for integrating of natural landscape and historical site, integrating of Bu culture and royal culture. In 2015,it was sunny and fine, we started the tour. All staff were excited to gather together in the company early and left for Pan Mountain. In the beginning of arriving at the landscape, The colleagues were quite impressed by diverse mountain flowers like charming peach flowers & apricot flowers, we were becoming pleasant at the scene. In the moment of buying tickets, someone started to take pictures and chatted with others; we were full of expectation for the tour. After entering landscape area, you would like to go for further appreciation when looking at the distant towering mountains. All the way, colleagues were kind to help each other, encourage each other, and climb to peak of Guayue hill separately. When we passed over Yushi village and monastery, we were deeply attracted by the scene. Time flied very quickly there. A day seemed to pass over unconsciously. Around six in the evening, we finished our tour. It was full of laughter, colleagues became closer to each other together, the understanding between colleagues was increased, old and new employees got closer to each other.
